Former Kern County DA Ed Jagels arrested on suspicion of DUI
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Ed Jagels, the top law enforcement officer in Kern County for nearly three decades until his retirement in 2010, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.
