Bakersfield police, DEA agents seize more than 9 pounds of drugs in Monday raid

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The California Highway Patrol and the Bakersfield Police Department arrested a drug trafficker after conducting a monthslong investigation.
