(KGET) – After initially submitting paperwork saying she had no financial conflicts of interest in running for the Bakersfield City Council, local businesswoman Cassie Bittle has quietly resubmitted disclosure forms showing a handful of her financial interests. Bittle, who co-manages KC Steakhouse in Bakersfield and sits on the city’s planning commission for Ward 3, filed her C
