Parts of Chester Ave. to close Saturday for Village Fest event downtown

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Officials with the City of Bakersfield announced that drivers and pedestrians should prepare for traffic impacts in downtown Bakersfield this weekend.
